Maximum Upload and Download Speeds and Customer Type
Maximum Advertised Download Speed is the maximum download speed/bandwidth that a broadband provider advertises (offers) in a census block for Consumer Service.

Maximum Advertised Upload is the maximum upload speed/bandwidth that a broadband provider advertises (offers) in a census block for Consumer Service.

Maximum Contractual downstream bandwidth offered by the provider in the block for Business service (filer directed to report 0 if the contracted service is sold on a "best efforts" basis without a guaranteed data-throughput rate)

Typical Contractual upstream bandwidth offered by the provider in the block for Business service (filer directed to report 0 if the contracted service is sold on a "best efforts" basis without a guaranteed data-throughput rate)

All speed/bandwidth values are shown in Mbps with up to 3 decimal places. If the downstream or upstream speed/bandwidth is less than 1 Mbps then its reported in Kbps (such as .768); between 1 and 2 Mbps then truncated to nearest tenth; and above 2 Mbps rounded to the nearest integer. User can specify any speed range between .001 and 1000.000 Mbps.

Business or Government Block Deployed - If indicated by (1) then Provider can or does offer business/government broadband service in the block.

Consumer Block Deployed - If indicated by (1) then Provider can or does offer consumer broadband service in the block.
